Information on the Wallace Lake Sanitary District

WALLACE LAKE, WISCONSIN

 “Wallace Lake is located in the Towns of Trenton and Barton, Washington County, Wisconsin. It is a spring-fed lake of glacial origin with a mean depth of 11 feet, and maximum depth of 35 feet.  Wallace Lake has a surface area of 51.7 acres and water volume of 558.1 acre-feet.” (1.)

Boating Regulations

Wake Hours: 10:00 A.M. through 6:30 P.M.
Speed Limit: 30 mph
Direction: Counter Clockwise
 
Buoys are strategically placed to protect our Fisheries & Swimmers
Please Respect them!

All DNR and Federal Boating rules apply in addition to the rules above

The public boat landing is located on the east end of the lake
at the end of River Road (Parking is limited).
 
Please respect the Lake and the wildlife
and dispose of all trash in a responsible manner.
